How it works
Every app on the device is listed. Pick the ones that should go through the tunnel, or the ones that should stay out of it, and the rest follow the opposite rule. Traffic from an excluded app never enters the VPN.
When to use it
A banking app that refuses to work over a VPN, a game that wants the lowest possible latency, or a streaming app that should see your real location.
What it costs you
An excluded app is exactly as exposed as it would be with no VPN at all. Keep the list short and deliberate.
