Before you start

What you need

Three things. None of them is technical, and two of them come from us.

Your own WHMCS

The store you already run, or one you set up for this. VpnHood! PARTNER installs into it like any other module.

A partner account

We open it and send you the sign-in details. That is the only thing you type in.

A prepaid balance

Every code your store sells is paid from it. Keep it topped up and orders never stall.

Setup

Install it and let it run

  1. Install VpnHood! PARTNER

    Download the module and extract it into the root of your WHMCS. It is free and open source, and it adds nothing you have to maintain.

  2. Sign in

    Enter the details from your welcome email. The module connects to the VpnHood! STORE on its own and shows your balance and the plans you can sell.

  3. Set your prices

    Your plans are created for you, hidden and priced at zero, because only you decide your retail price. Set it, unhide them, and you are selling.

After the sale

What stays in sync

Your store stays the system of record. Each of these events reaches us on its own, so the code a customer holds always matches the service they pay for.

  • Order placed An access code is issued and appears in your customer's client area.
  • Renewal The code's expiry moves with the invoice you were paid for.
  • Suspension An unpaid or suspended service suspends the code; reinstating it brings it back.
  • Cancellation The code expires. You stop paying for what you no longer sell.

In-app purchases need your own app

VpnHood! PARTNER sells through your website. To sell inside an app as well, on Google Play or the App Store, the app has to be yours: that is the white-label route, and it starts from exactly what you set up here.
